The use of the website implies full acceptance of the terms and conditions described below. Usage conditions may be modified or amended at any time. It is recommended users of review them regularly.

The website is usually accessible to users at all times. However, Moortgat may decide to interrupt usage due to technical maintenance. Moortgat agrees to provide prior notice of interruption dates and times.

All information included on the website is for reference only, and is likely to change. In addition, information is not exhaustive. It is subject to change since it was put online.

4. Contractual limits of technical data

The website cannot be held responsible for material damage related to website usage. In addition, website users agree to access the website using recent equipment, free of viruses and with an updated latest generation browser.

5. Intellectual property and counterfeiting

Moortgat owns the intellectual property rights and holds usage rights of available website items, including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, videos and software.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of website items, regardless of the means or procedures used, is prohibited without Moortgat’s prior written consent.

Any unauthorized website or website element usage will be considered as counterfeiting and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.335-2 and subsequent Articles of the Intellectual Property Code.

6. Liability limitations

Moortgat cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage to the user's equipment when accessing the Moortgat website, due to using equipment which does not comply with specifications in clause n° 4, or to the appearance of a glitch or incompatibility.

Moortgat cannot be held liable for consequential damages (such as losing a market or an opportunity) as a result of website usage.

Interactive spaces (“contact us”) are available for user questions. Moortgat reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content posted in this space that would violate current French legislation, in particular provisions on data protection. Moortgat also reserves the right to question the user's civil and/or criminal liability, particularly in the event of a racist, abusive, defamatory or pornographic message, regardless of the medium (text, photos, videos ...).

7. Personal data management

In France, personal data are protected by the January 6th, 1978 Law n° 78-87, the August 6th, 2004 Law n° 2004-801, Article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Union Directive adopted on October 24, 1995.

The following information may be collected while using URL link addresses used to access the website, the user’s service provider, the user’s Internet Protocol (IP) address.

In any case, Moortgat only collects users’ personal information required for certain services offered by The user knowingly provides the information, especially when users enter it themselves. Users are notified that providing information on is not mandatory.

In accordance with French laws on information technology, data files, and civil liberties, and according to the provisions in Article 38 and subsequent Articles of Law 78-17 adopted on January 6, 1978, users have the right to access, rectify and refuse to provide personal data upon written and signed request sent with a copy of the user’s ID with the user’s signature, and specifying the address to which the answer must be sent.


No personal data from a user is published without the user’s consent, nor exchanged, transferred, disclosed or sold to a third party by whichever means. Such information may possibly be disclosed to a potential purchaser, in the event Moortgat and Moortgat rights are sold. The same obligations to store and modify user data will apply, in turn, to the potential purchaser.

8. Hypertext links and cookies

The website contains a number of hypertext links to other sites, authorized by Moortgat. However, Moortgat cannot check the content of the visited sites, and therefore assumes no liability for them.
