We design blended learning courses combining two elements:
Group coaching is dedicated to training through scenarios, group debriefings and experience sharing.
These are virtual classes that take place in a classroom or remotely.
The digital modules promote the preparation of learners (reverse pedagogy) upstream of group coaching and facilitate the anchoring of good practices downstream.
The digital modules are asynchronous.
